Our sorority's growth has spurred both the need and ability to employ an executive director, finance assistant, administrative assistant, communications assistant, and regional field directors to ensure the continued success of our organization through dedicated and reliable work.
As Phi Sigma Rho grew, the Sorority hired it's first Executive Director, Amy (Grosjean) Mazzanti, Dayton - Gamma Chapter Alumna, in 2006. In 2009, Colleen (O'Connell) Bush, Ohio State Beta Chapter Alumna, was hired as the second Executive Director and Lisa (Preebe) Canterbury, Ohio State Beta Chapter Alumna, was hired as the first Director of Operations. In July 2014, Colleen became the first full-time employee and first full-time Executive Director of Phi Sigma Rho National Sorority. In July of 2014, Alison (Werle) Meshew was hired as the Administrative Assistant. Alison later became the Finance Assistant in 2017. Gabby Salazar, Pittsburgh Zeta Chapter Alumna, joined the staff as the Communications Assistant in June 2015. Alex Domrose, Toledo Delta Chapter Alumna, served as the Membership Assistant in 2018. Along with the amazing national volunteers, these staff members have been instrumental in building on the ideas of the founders to grow Phi Sigma Rho into the nationally recognized and respected social sorority that it is today.
