Who should attend? All Phi Sigma Rho members are welcome and encouraged to attend. In addition to National Council members, Foundation Board of Directors, and Regional Field Directors, one delegate from each collegiate chapter and alumnae association are required to attend.
Where can I get more information? At www.phisigmarho.org/ event/2019-national-convention. You need to use your Sisters Only account or ChapterSpot account to access the information. You can email admin@phisigmarho.org if you need help getting access to your account.
How can I register? You can register online at phisigmarho.org/ convention-registration-0. The convention website has all of the information you need to  nd about our fun (optional) penguin encounter on Thursday and other optional activities throughout the weekend.
When can I register? Registration is open now and will close on June 1, 2019.
What is included in the registration fee? The active registration fee is $335 and the alumna registration fee is $390. The registration fee includes two days of programming, lunch with Dr. Kathleen Buse on Friday, Collegiate Banquet on Friday evening, Foundation Luncheon on Saturday, and the Orchid and Pearl Banquet on Saturday evening.
How do I reserve a hotel room? You must reserve your own hotel room by clicking here by June 16, 2019 in order to receive the group discount. You may also make reservations over the phone by calling 480-789-5320. Be sure to identify yourself as a member of Phi Sigma Rho 2019 National Convention when making the reservation to receive the group rate.
What should I bring? Phi Sigma Rho badge, Conference/ Convention lanyard, smart device (phone, tablet, small laptop, etc.), pens/pencils and notebook, toiletries, and cash/checkbook/ credit card for shopping at the Phi Rho Store and for purchasing any meals that are not included in the registration fee.
What should I wear?
Friday during the day: business casual/dress-to-pin attire Collegiate Banquet: wear your favorite college gear Saturday: business casual/dress-to-pin attire
Orchid and Pearls Banquet: dresses, skirts, dressy pants Casual attire for any free time around the resort and a Swimsuit for the pool

Anything else I should know? There are social events planned for both actives and alumnae on Thursday, July 18th for anyone who is able to arrive in Scottsdale early! Be sure to check out the details at phisigmarho.org/convention-thursday-social and sign up for the Thursday activities when you register.
We are also excited to host the inaugural Phi Rho Fair on Friday, July 19th from 3:00 pm until 4:00 pm! The Phi Rho Fair will be a mini career fair that gives alumnae the opportunity to talk about their company and recruit, while giving the collegians an opportunity to network, pass out their resumes, and possibly get a lead on a co-op, internship, or full-time position.
